Once you have decided which one of our apartments or town homes fits your lifestyle, each resident will need to complete our Application for Residency. There is a $35 non-refundable fee, per resident for application processing.

- Each resident will need to complete an Application for Residency and pay the $35 application fee.
- Bring the completed application(s), fee(s) and a separate check for the first month's rent, to our leasing office, located at 3239 Henderson Boulevard (one block south of Kennedy Blvd). Call for appointment.
- The approval process takes approximately 3 working days. We will contact you after the approval process to let you know the status.
- If you are approved, we will deposit your check, which will guarantee a hold on the selected unit for 30 days.
- If you are not approved, the check will be returned.
